Processing Time
All our candles are handmade to order with care. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it ships. During festive seasons like (Diwali, wedding season, etc.), processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
For bulk and custom orders, you can contact us on whatsapp. Also, timelines may vary based on your specific requirements and will be shared with you individually before confirmation.
Shipping Time
We ship all orders via India Post, Trackon, Shiprocket, DTDC, Delhivery. Once shipped, estimated timelines are:

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to courier logistics, weather conditions, or high-demand periods (like Diwali, wedding season etc). We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if this happens.
Damaged or Melted Products
Since our candles are handmade with natural waxes, they can be sensitive to heat during transit. If your order arrives damaged, melted, or broken, please reach out to us at support.skartfulcreations@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damaged product and unboxing video, and we'll arrange a replacement or resolution.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship only within India.
Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
